Role and Responsibilities

- Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments for team members
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate internal meetings and assist with logistics
- Track and order office supplies and handle inventory requests
- Support daily office operations and provide general clerical support
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
